CDesign is a young company with offices based in Surrey, Berkshire and South West London. As interior designers we see our role essentially as problem solvers. We pride ourselves in our way of dealing with your project.
We treat each design personally and assign one member of our design team to you who will take charge of your design. You will be in '1 pair of hands' from concept board to installation. No detail will go unexamined by our dedicated team and you will have direct contact to your chief designer for all your questions and they will be available whenever you need to discuss your project as we understand that our roles go beyond a 9-5 day, 5 days a week.
CDesign Interiors bring a fresh new outlook to any interior challenge. At CDesign we will take the time to first fully understand your requirements, how you use your spaces as well as your interior likes and dislikes. When we think we have a total understanding we will write a brief from our meeting and then agree budgets and time scales together.
At CDesign we feel the need to be responsible about design. We believe in value for money, whatever the item. We rely on practical as well as beautiful solutions to answer your brief. CDesign work on the principle that you are the customer and our mission is to identify your requirements and work closely with you to achieve your vision.
Profile
CDesign Interiors is the brainchild of Eva Clements who, after a successful career working for other interior design companies had the inspiration to offer a different kind of design consultancy.
"I wanted to create a company where we are known for our designs first. Designers without self importance or an air of pretentiousness."
Initially Eva Clements trained as a Textile Designer at Central St. Martins, London.
"My textile degree was the starting point for me, it was not enough to design in 2D or on a small scale. I was curious where these textiles would 'live', how they would contrast with other materials and what kind of feeling they would emote in a room."
This then led Eva to train in Interior Architecture at Chelsea School of Art, London. She knew it was not only the knowledge of the colours, textiles, furniture and accessories that could make an interior special but as important was the structure of a room and how it was to be used. After graduation came a varied career which included working at Alma Home, Neisha Crosland and Amtico where Eva gained a good knowledge base of all the aspects a project might need.
Ever since setting up CDesign Interiors in 2006, her work has been focused in the affluent areas of Surrey. The company has undertaken both commercial and residential projects. They have successfully completed some of the most beautiful showhouses and private homes. CDesign Interiors' continued success and solid reputation is based around client insight and consistent performance.
Recently Eva has turned her talents to other aspects of design such as consulting on the launch and styling of the new furniture ranges for Michael Northcroft.
"It has been wonderful to be so involved with creating the look for the new ranges. With Crome, we created something special for designers to use in all sorts of interiors, furniture which looks great and still at an affordable price."
Eva has been creating interiors since 1999 and her attention to detail and willingness to bend to her clients' style is really what makes her unique in this business. It's fair to say that the formal training along with the work experience has led Eva to become an expert in her field, not only does she take enormous pride in all of her projects, however small, but works with her clients intensely to ensure they can both be proud of the results, Eva gets immense pleasure from the client's satisfaction.
